How do I get support via the cases functionality within my NETELLER account?

In NETELLER our aim is to provide you the best possible services and assistance.

To make your experience with us even better, we have created the cases functionality, which gives you the opportunity to submit inquiries to us and to have full visibility on them within your NETELLER account.

By clicking on the Support section of your NETELLER account you have the option to find a quick answer to your question within our FAQ page or create a case in order to receive help from our Support team.

To create a case, click on the Create a case button, select a category and type of problem you are having and leave your message.  

If you want to add a message to your newly created case, you can do so by clicking on the case itself and by writing it within the Type message here field. Your message will be merged into the existing case. You could even upload up to 5 files with max size 20 MB in total. The supported file types are png, jpg, jpeg, gif, tiff, pdf, xls, xlsx, csv, doc, docx.

If your inquiry is no longer valid, you can close the case by yourself by clicking on the Mark as closed button within the case itself. Please note that you will not be able to add comments to your closed cases.
