What is a business day?

A business day is also known as a "working" day. This would be a regular day between Monday-Friday where banking operations are completed and transacted. The day you make a transaction or request is counted as business day 0. The next business day will be business day number 1, and so on.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays and public holidays are not considered business days those days are referred to as "Calendar Days".

NETELLER follows Canadian and UK public and bank holidays. Your transactions may also be affected by local public and bank holidays in your country of residence.

Business days primarily apply to transaction and document processing. NETELLER customer support and account surveillance departments are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We never take a day off; ensuring your account is protected and your service needs are met 24/7/365.
