I have not received my deposit yet. What should I do?

If you have made a deposit to your NETELLER account but the funds have not reflected in it yet, please firstly check what the standard time frame for processing that particular deposit option is (in your account under Money In or in our FAQ).

If the time frame has passed, please fill in the form below, so we could track the payment and assist you. For deposit options using third party provider (i.e. dLocal, BitPay, Yandex etc.), please check with the provider prior to contact us. When filling in the form, please attach a proof of deposit in order to help us locate your payment.

Please refrain from sending an inquiry before the standard processing time has passed, as you will be advised to wait until the processing period is over.
