What is Paysafecash and how does it work?

Paysafecash* allows you to deposit into your NETELLER account or pay online with cash. You don’t need a bank account or credit card, which makes it an easy and accessible way of paying. The payment is made via barcode at a point of sale that you can quickly find on the Paysafecash site.

To deposit with Paysafecash, follow the steps below:

    1. In the MONEY IN section of your account click on Paysafecash.

    2. Enter the amount and click on CONTINUE.

    3. You will then be redirected to Paysafecash site to complete the payment.

Note:

  • To get the barcode and complete the payment you will need to log into your Paysafecash account. The option to register will be available for you if you don’t have one. If you already have a my paysafecard account, you could log in with your my paysafecard credentials. For the transaction to be successful your NETELLER wallet and Paysafecash / mypaysafecard account should be registered in the same country.
  • You will have 72h to complete the transaction at a payment point. 
  • For security reasons, you can only deposit in your NETELLER wallet using one Paysafecash / “mypaysafecard” account, you can't use multiple accounts.

 

How long does a deposit by Paysafecash take?

The money is credited into your NETELLER account as soon as the payment is completed. In some rare occasions it may take up to 2 working days for your transaction to be processed.

 

What are the limits and the fees?

You can check the limits for any deposit option in the MONEY IN section of your account. By clicking on the relevant deposit option, you will be able to see your deposit limits as per your account status and deposit tries.

Additional limits may be applied by Paysafecash depending on the verification of the Paysafecash / “mypaysafecard” account.

The processing currency depends on your country of registration.
