How do I deposit via UPI/Net Banking in India?

What is UPI/Net Banking?
 
NETELLER has partnered with a payment processor, named dLocal (Astropay), to offer the UPI/Net Banking deposit options that allow both Verified and Unverified members from India to quickly deposit funds from their personal bank account into their NETELLER Account.

 

How do I deposit by UPI*?

    1. Select the Money In option from your NETELLER account menu.
    2. Select the UPI deposit option.
    3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue
    4. Enter your 10-character PAN (Permanent Account Number) and e-mail address (which could be different from the one registered with NETELLER). Click Confirm
    5. You will now be re-directed to a page secured by dLocal (Astropay) where you need to enter your UPI VPA credentials and then press Pay Now
    6. To complete the deposit, you will be required to open your UPI mobile app and accept the payment within the next 2 minutes.

 

How do I deposit by Net Banking?

    1. Select the Money In option from your NETELLER account menu.
    2. Select the Net Banking deposit option.
    3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue
    4. Enter your 10-character PAN (Permanent Account Number) and e-mail address (which could be different from the one registered with NETELLER). Click Confirm
    5. You will now be re-directed to a page secured by dLocal (Astropay) where you need to select a bank account and then login to your online banking to complete the payment.

 

Once you have completed the deposit, your NETELLER Account will provide the transaction information for your reference as well as send an email confirmation of the deposit.

How long does a deposit by UPI/Net Banking take?
 
Funds deposited using UPI/Net Banking arrive into your NETELLER Account within 1 business day.

 

What are the limits and the fees?

The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money In section of your account. By clicking the relevant deposit option, you will be able to see your deposit limits in accordance with your account status and deposit tries.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

If your NETELLER Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied.
