How do I use DIRECTebanking / Sofort├╝berweisung to make a quick deposit?

What is DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung?  
 
DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung is a web-based payment service that allows both Verified and Unverified members in Austria, Belgium, France, or Germany who have a bank account from that country to quickly add funds to their NETELLER Account directly from their personal bank account. 
 
 
How do I deposit by DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung?
 
  1. Select DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung from the Money in section of your NETELLER account.
  2. Select Deposit now under DIRECTebanking/Sofortüberweisung.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue.
  4. You will now confirm the details of your deposit. As long as you have entered your information correctly, click Continue. To change any of your details, select Change Details.
  5. By selecting Continue you will be connected you to your online banking site where you can complete the transaction.
  6. Once you’ve completed the deposit from your banking site, your NETELLER Account will provide the transaction information for your reference. We recommend printing this page or saving it, as NETELLER does not send an email confirmation of the deposit.
 
Note: Your bank account must have online banking that supports DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung.
 
 
How long does a DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung deposit take?
 
This is a quick deposit option. Funds deposited will arrive into your NETELLER Account immediately. You can only make one deposit at a time. Once that transaction has been accepted or declined, you may initiate another DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung deposit.
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

Your bank may apply fees for electronic fund transfers. Note, all DIRECTebanking / Sofortüberweisung deposits are made in Euro (EUR). 
 
 
Funds have left my bank account but are showing up as declined in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
If after 1 business day you have not yet received the funds, please send a proof of transfer showing the transaction to payments@neteller.com.
