How do I deposit by an International Bank Transfer?

International Bank Transfers are deposits you make from your bank account. The funds are wired into your NETELLER Account from your bank account. This deposit method typically takes up to 5 business days .  

It’s easy to make a deposit into your NETELLER Account using an International Bank transfer.


1.    Sign in into your NETELLER Account and select the Money In option.
2.    Select Deposit now under International Bank Transfers.
3.    Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue.
4.    Confirm the transaction by clicking Continue.
5.    You will be provided with information necessary to complete your deposit. Please complete your deposit by transferring funds to NETELLER from your bank account, using online banking, telephone banking or by visiting your local bank branch. If you do not send the funds within 7 days of initiating this deposit, the deposit will simply cancel itself.
6.    To ensure your deposit is processed correctly within 5 business days, it is important to include your 12 digit NETELLER Account ID on the form that is sent to us from your bank.
Only funds sent from a personal bank account in your name will be accepted. Third party transfers and wires from business names will be returned.


What are the fees?

International Bank Transfers are free. However, your bank may charge you a processing fee to send the transaction. We recommend inquiring with your bank to determine their fee for sending a bank wire, if any.


I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?

If after five business days you have not yet received the funds, please send a proof of payment showing the transaction to payments@neteller.com.
