How do I use Local Bank Deposits?

What is Local Bank Deposit?
The Local Bank Deposit option allows both Verified and Unverified members to deposit funds from their domestic bank account to a NETELLER bank account located in their country.
Most of our Local Bank deposits take place under the SEPA agreement (Single Euro Payments Area).
How do I deposit by Local Bank Deposit?
  1. Select Local Bank Deposit from the Money In section of your NETELLER account..
  2. Enter in the amount you wish to deposit.
  3. Confirm the transaction by clicking Continue.
  4. You will now be provided with information necessary to complete your deposit. You do have the option of printing out the NETELLER banking details. Please complete your deposit by transferring funds to NETELLER from your bank account, using online banking, telephone banking or by visiting your local bank branch. If you do not send the funds within 7 days of initiating this deposit, the deposit will simply cancel itself.
  5. To ensure your deposit is processed correctly within 1-3 business days, it is important to include your 12 digit NETELLER Account ID on the form that is sent to us from your bank.
  6. For online banking users, search for NETELLER as a payee under your “Bill Payments” within your online bank account. You can then send the funds directly from your bank account to your NETELLER Account as a bill payee.
  • Only funds sent from a personal bank account in your name will be accepted. Third party transfers and wires from business names will be returned.
  • In order to ensure the reception of the funds in your NETELLER account, you should always initiate the deposit from your NETELLER account before you make the transaction itself.
  • Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
How long does Local Bank Deposit take?
The funds will be deposited into your NETELLER Account as soon as we receive confirmation that the funds have arrived at NETELLER’s bank account. This typically takes between 1-3 business days from the time the funds have left your bank. You will also receive an email confirmation once the funds are available in your NETELLER Account. To ensure your deposit is processed correctly and not returned, please include your 12 digit NETELLER Account ID on the form that is sent to NETELLER from your bank.
What are the limits and the fees?
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money In section of your account. By clicking on the relevant deposit option, you will be able to see your deposit limits in accordance with your account status and deposit tries.
We recommend inquiring at your bank to see if they charge any fees to send the funds.
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
All limits are based on rolling periods.
For the deposit fee, please check the Money In section of your account or click here.
