What is Banco do Brasil/Itaú/Bradesco/Santander/Caixa?
 
NETELLER has partnered with a payment processor, named Astropay, to offer deposit options that allow both Verified and Unverified members from Brazil to quickly deposit funds from their personal bank account into their NETELLER Account.
 
You may fund your NETELLER Account if you have a bank account from one of the following banks:
 
  • Banco do Brasil
  • Itaú
  • Bradesco
  • Santander
  • Caixa
 
How do I deposit by Banco do Brasil/Itaú/Bradesco/Santander/Caixa?
 
  1. Select the Money In option from your NETELLER account menu.
  2. Click on the logo corresponding to your bank.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and your CPF (Cadastros de Pessoas Fisicas). Make sure not to use any special characters (accent, dash, etc.). Click on Continue. 
  4. After you verify the details of your deposit by clicking Confirm you will now be re-directed to page secured by Astropay, in order to enter your name as it is registered in your CPF card and valid mobile phone number, where you will receive a text message with secure code from Astropay. 
  5. You will be required to sign in into your online bank account and enter the payment details and the amount to complete the deposit
  6. Once you have completed the deposit from your banking site, your NETELLER Account will provide the transaction information for your reference as well as send an email confirmation of the deposit.Please enable your pop-ups for the duration of the deposit.
 
How long does a deposit by Banco do Brasil/Itaú/Bradesco/Santander/Caixa take?
 
Funds deposited using your online bank account arrive into your NETELLER Account within 1-6 business days.
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.
 
Note: AstroPay has its own limits for transactions and it is possible they may ask you for some additional information or documents in order to increase them. Please contact AstroPay direct using the following e-mail direct@dlocal.com.
 
For the deposit fee, please check the Money in section of your account or visit https://www.neteller.com/en/fees.
If your NETELLER Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied.
 
 
I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
If you have sent funds from your bank account but they are not in your NETELLER Account, please wait for up to 6 business days from the day the funds are sent from your bank account. If the funds have not arrived in your NETELLER account after this period, please contact Astropay first at direct@dlocal.com. If you have already contacted Astropay for assistance and have been informed that the deposit was completed successfully, but you still have not received the funds in your NETELLER Account, please send proof of deposit to payments@neteller.com.
