How do I deposit via PaySafeCard?

What is PaySafeCard?

PaySafeCard is a prepaid card that can be used for online payments. PaySafeCard can be bought in licensed local shops using cash or other forms of credit. There are thousands of places worldwide where you can buy PaySafeCard. You can use a search engine to find the shop nearest to your location where you can buy a PaySafeCard. Both Verified and Unverified members can fund their NETELLER Account by PaySafeCard.

How do I deposit by PaySafeCard?

  1. Select PaySafeCard from the Money in section of your NETELLER account.
  2. Select the currency of your PaySafeCard voucher and enter the amount you wish to deposit and click on Review details.
  3. Verify the deposit by clicking on Deposit now.
  4. Selecting Deposit now will launch the third-party processor and allow you to enter the PaySafeCard 16-digit PIN number. Please note that funds are directly withdrawn from the card and you can only make one PaySafeCard deposit at a time.
NETELLER does not provide email confirmations for PaySafeCard deposits. Once a PaySafeCard transaction is successful you will see a summary of the transaction in the History section of your NETELLER Account. Each summary contains the transaction ID and the time it was completed.

Note:
  • There are different PaySafeCard user experiences in different countries. You may need to register a “my paysafecard” account prior to using the PaySafeCard voucher to load the funds into your NETELLER Account.
  • PaySafeCard cards are available in EUR, GBP, CHF, BGN, CZK, HRK, HUF, NOK, PLN, DKK, SEK, and RON currencies.

How long does a PaySafeCard deposit take?

Funds deposited by PaySafeCard are available right away in your NETELLER Account. Once a transaction has been verified, you may make more PaySafeCard deposits.

What are the limits and the fees?
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.

Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.

All limits are based on rolling periods.

For the deposit fee, please check the Money in section of your account or visit https://www.neteller.com/en/fees.
If your NETELLER Account is in a different currency than any of the PaySafeCard available currencies, you will be able to complete your deposit, but you will be charged a 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee
