How do I deposit via TrustPay?

What is TrustPay? 
 
TrustPay is a quick deposit option that allows both Verified and Unverified members to deposit funds from their TrustPay or personal bank account into their NETELLER Account. 
 
 
How do I deposit by TrustPay? 
 
  1. Select TrustPay from the Money in section of your NETELLER account.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and click on ContinueAfter completing steps 1 to 2 you can select one of the following two options to complete your deposit:Option one: Bank Account - Online banking: Steps 3 and 4
  3. Select your bank from the drop-down menu. Sign in into your online bank account and complete the deposit by clicking on the Confirm button in the transaction summary.
  4. Once you have completed the deposit from your banking site, your NETELLER Account will provide the transaction information for your reference and a confirmation email of your deposit will be sent.Option two: TrustPay Account – Steps 7 and 8 (Customers have to be pre-registered with TrustPay before using this option)
  5. Sign in into the TrustPay account using your account username and password. 
  6. You will be presented with a payment summary. Confirm the payment and you will be re-directed to the payment confirmation page.
 
How long does a TrustPay deposit take?
 
This is a quick deposit. The funds will arrive into your NETELLER Account within 5 to 30 minutes. You will receive a confirmation email once your funds have been credited into your NETELLER Account.  
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

If your NETELLER Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied.
 
 
I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
Please wait until the transaction gets declined, and send a proof of transfer to  payments@neteller.com.
