How do I deposit via SAFETYPAY?

What is SAFETYPAY? 
 
SAFETYPAY is a secure and reliable deposit option that allows both Verified and Unverified members from Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru and Spain to quickly fund their NETELLER Account using their personal bank account.
 
 
How do I deposit by SAFETYPAY? 
 
  1. Select SAFETYPAY from the Money in section of your NETELLER account.
  2. Enter the amount you want to deposit and click Confirm.
  3. You will then be directed to the SafetyPay payment page. Please write down the unique reference number before clicking on Proceed.
  4. By clicking on Bank opening hours, you will get the names of the banks you can use to make the deposit. You must use the unique reference number in the message as well.
  5. Once you click on Proceed, you will be directed to Envoy page with the payment information. You can send the funds by online banking from your bank and choose from PerÍ│u Nuevos Soles or US Dollars.
  6. Once you click on Continuar (Continue), you will be presented with the payment options.
  7. To complete your deposit successfully please allow the pop-ups of your browser.
 
 
How long does a deposit by SAFETYPAY take?
 
The funds deposited by SAFETYPAY will arrive into your NETELLER Account within 1-6 business days.
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

If your NETELLER Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied.
 
 
I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
If you have sent funds from your bank account but they are not in your NETELLER Account, please wait for 6 business days from the day the funds are sent from your bank account. If they have still not been received, please send a copy of a bank statement showing the transaction to payments@neteller.com.
