How do I use the BPAY deposit option?

What is BPAY?
 
BPAY is a quick deposit option that allows Verified members to deposit funds from their personal bank account into their NETELLER Account. You may use BPAY if you have online access to your bank account. 
 
 
How do I deposit by BPAY?
  1. Select BPAY from the Money in section of your NETELLER account.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and confirm the transaction by clicking Continue.
  3. You will now be presented with a NETELLER Biller Code and a Unique Reference Number.
  4. Sign in into your online bank account, select the BPAY payment option, and then enter the NETELLER Billing Code and the Unique Reference Number.
  5. Once you've completed the deposit from your banking site, your NETELLER Account will provide the transaction information for your reference. We recommend printing this page or saving it, as NETELLER does not send an email confirmation of the deposit.
 
Note:
 
•All banks in Australia support BPAY as long as your bank account is in Australian Dollars.
 
 
How long does a BPAY deposit take?
 
The funds deposited will arrive into your NETELLER Account anytime between 1 hour and 6 business days.
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

Your bank may charge you a processing fee to send the transaction. We recommend checking with your bank to determine their fee for sending a bank wire, if any.
