What is the AstroPay Card?

 

What is AstroPay Card?
 
Astropay card is a prepaid virtual card that is integrated with AstroPay. AstroPay Card is a quick deposit option that allows both Verified and Unverified members to quickly deposit funds into their NETELLER Account.
 
 
AstroPay Card is available for members from the following countries:
 
 Albania* Mexico
 Algeria Peru
 Argentina Russia
 Brazil* Taiwan
 Chile Tunisia
 Colombia Ukraine
  India Uruguay

 

*Members from Albania and Brazil need to verify their NETELLER account in order to have AstroPay Card as an available deposit option in their account.
 

How do I deposit by AstroPay Card?
 
You will need to register at www.astropay.com, and purchase an AstroPay virtual card.
 
In order to make a deposit by AstroPay Card in your NETELLER account, you should follow the steps bellow:
  1. Select AstroPay Card from the Money in section of your NETELLER account. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
  2. Confirm that all the details for this transaction are correct.
  3. Selecting Confirm will launch the third-party processor and allow you to complete this transaction with AstroPay. 
  4. Pressing the Confirm button will then charge your AstroPay Card and quickly deposit those funds into your NETELLER Account.
 
You will also receive an email informing you that the transaction has been completed.
 
 
How long does an AstroPay Card deposit take?
 
This is a quick deposit option. Funds will arrive into your NETELLER Account immediately.  
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
If you have been charged but the funds were not credited to your NETELLER Account, please wait up to 24 hours from the time you received confirmation of the payment. If after this time frame the funds are still missing, please send an email to payments@neteller.com
