How do I deposit money with ePay.bg?

What is ePay.bg?
 
ePay.bg is a trusted financial service in Bulgaria that users can deposit into with cash, bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. ePay.bg is available for both Verified and Unverified members. 
 
 
How do I deposit by ePay.bg?
 
  1. Select ePay from the Money in section of your NETELLER account.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and confirm the transaction by clicking Continue.
  3. You will now be re-directed to the ePay.bg payment secure site. Please select your bank, and take note of the unique Transaction Reference and the details of the recipient bank account to complete the transfer.  
  4. Sign in into your online bank account and enter the payment details and the amount to complete the deposit or simply use your credit card to make the purchase. Make sure you include the unique Transaction Reference provided on the ePay.bg payment secure site.
  5. Once you have completed the deposit from your banking site, your NETELLER Account will provide the transaction information for your reference. We recommend printing this page or saving it, as NETELLER does not send an email confirmation of the deposit.

How long does an ePay.bg deposit take?
 
This is a quick deposit option. If you are sending the funds from another bank that is not listed in the supported bank list, your funds may take 1 to 3 business days to appear in your NETELLER Account.  
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
If after one business day you have not yet received the funds, please send a proof of transfer showing the transaction to payments@neteller.com
