How do I deposit by Qiwi?

What is Qiwi? 
 
Qiwi is a payment platform that allows both Verified and Unverified members to deposit funds into their NETELLER Account. 
 
 
How do I deposit by Qiwi? 
 
  1. Select Qiwi from the Money in section of your NETELLER account. Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and click on Continue.
  2. You will then be redirected to a secure 3rd party page where you will need to provide your Qiwi account ID (the mobile phone number used to register a Qiwi account).If you do not have a Qiwi account, you will be prompted to provide your phone number to sign up with Qiwi.
  3. Once you are successfully logged in to your Qiwi account, you can either pay later at a Terminal (cash point), or pay from your Qiwi account balance. Please note that you have 24 hours to complete the transaction.
  4. After you confirm the payment on the Qiwi website, you will receive on-screen confirmation that the payment is in progress. 
 
How long does a Qiwi deposit take?
 
If you complete the transaction from your available Qiwi account balance, the money will be credited right away to your NETELLER Account. You will also receive a confirmation email.
 
If you do not have available balance on your Qiwi account, you will have to fund it within 24 hours from the time you made the payment, or the transaction will not complete.
 
 
What are the limits and the fees?
 
The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money in section of your account. Select the deposit option of your choice. On the next step click on the question mark (?), and the limits will appear in a pop-up. Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.
 
Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.
 
All limits are based on rolling periods.

If your NETELLER Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied.
 
 
I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?
 
If funds are not credited to your NETELLER Account, please contact Qiwi first to ensure the deposit was completed successfully.
 
If you have already contacted Qiwi for assistance and have been informed that it was completed successfully, but you still have not received the funds in your NETELLER Account, please send proof of payment to payments@neteller.com.
