How do I deposit by credit or debit card?

Credit/debit card deposits are available to most members worldwide. Acceptable cards vary depending on your country of residence. You can check your card deposit options in the Money In section within your NETELLER account.  

To deposit with credit/debit card, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Money In section of your NETELLER account and select the card you want to use.

    2. Enter the amount you want to deposit and your card information. Choose the purpose of deposit and click on Continue. *

    3. A summary of your transaction will appear on the screen. Click on Continue to complete the transaction.

* If a 3D Secure (3DS) code is enabled for your card, you will be redirected to a 3DSecure page (hosted by your bank) in order to confirm the 3DS password provided by your bank.

 

Note:

  • You can store up to 5 cards in your NETELLER account. A card is stored upon successful deposit. You can remove a card at any time.
  • You can use credit or debit cards issued by 5 different banks per year (regardless of the number of cards).
  • Funds deposited with Mastercard® can only be used with the merchants listed here. You cannot use these funds for money transfers or with any other merchants.
  • Make sure you have disabled the pop-up blocker of your browser.

 

How long does a credit or debit card deposit take?

This is a direct deposit option. The deposited money will be immediately available in your NETELLER account.
