How do I use Rapid Transfer to make an instant deposit?

What is Rapid Transfer?

Rapid Transfer is a web-based payment service that allows both Verified and Unverified members to quickly add funds to their NETELLER account directly from their personal bank account.

How do I deposit by Rapid Transfer?

   1. Select Rapid Transfer from the Money In section of your NETELLER account.
   2. Enter the first and the last name on the bank account, the IBAN of the respective bank account and the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue.
   3. You will now confirm the details of your deposit. Make sure you enter your information correctly, and click Continue.
   4. By selecting Continue you will be connected to your online banking site where you can complete the transaction.
   5. Once you’ve completed the deposit from your banking site, you will have the possibility to print receipt for the transaction and go back to your NETELLER account. A notification email will be sent once the transaction is finalized and the funds sent to your NETELLER account.

Note: Please enable your pop-ups for the duration of the deposit.

Is it safe to enter my online banking password when making a Rapid Transfer payment?

It's totally safe to enter your online banking password on Rapid Transfer. We use your bank's security measures, on top of our own, to keep your password safe. We do not store your credentials either.

How long does a Rapid Transfer deposit take?

This is a quick deposit option. Funds deposited will arrive into your NETELLER Account immediately. You can only make one deposit at a time. Once that transaction has been accepted or declined, you may initiate another Rapid Transfer deposit.

What are the limits and the fees?

The best place to check the limits for any deposit option is the Money In section of your account.
By clicking on the relevant deposit option, you will be able to see your deposit limits in accordance with your account status and deposit tries.

Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their account in order to continue using the service.

All limits are based on rolling periods.

For the deposit fee, please check the Money In section of your account or click here.

If your NETELLER Account is in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, an additional 3.99% Foreign Exchange fee will be applied.

Your bank may apply fees for electronic fund transfers.
