How can I change the bank account registered to my NETELLER Account?

Depending on where you live, you may have registered a bank account on your NETELLER Account.

If you have a new bank account and you want to register it to your NETELLER Account, you can deactivate your old bank account on your own only in case it is already verified. If your old bank account is not verified, please contact our support team by clicking on the available contact channel below so we can assist you accordingly.

To remove your bank account:

1. Log in to your NETELLER Account

2. Click on Account tab

3. Click on Remove option to deactivate your bank account

Once your old bank account is removed, you will be able to register a new bank account in exactly the same manner as you registered your first bank account. Do not forget that before you can use your new bank account to make a withdrawal, you will need to verify a new test deposit. A new test deposit will be sent to your bank account, and it will arrive in 3-5 business days. While the new bank account is unverified you will not be able to make Bank Transfer Withdrawals.

Please remember, you may only have one bank account registered to your NETELLER Account at any time.

 


To change only part of your bank account information

If only a portion of your bank account information needs to be updated, there is no need to delete and unregister all your bank account information. You can send a color scanned image of a bank statement to payments@neteller.com and we will make the changes needed.
