You should receive your Net+ Card* in up to 10 business days after your application.

If you have not received your card after this time, please contact the NETELLER Help Team, by clicking on the available contact channel below. Please make sure your registered address is up to date in order to ensure successful delivery.


*Delays in the delivery of your card beyond our control may occur due to the COVID – 19 pandemic. Your card should be delivered within 15 business days after the application.

*Net+ Card is only available to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
