How can I cancel a pending Net+ transaction?

A pending transaction is one in which NETELLER is waiting to receive financial confirmation from the merchant. One of the main reasons why the funds are still showing as pending is because NETELLER is waiting for the merchant to take the funds from the NETELLER Account.

Unfortunately NETELLER cannot cancel a pending transaction manually. If you wish to cancel a pending transaction, please contact the merchant and have the transaction cancelled. In most cases, if a pending transaction remains pending after 14 days, it will then be cancelled automatically and the funds will be returned to your NETELLER Account. The transaction will then appear in your account as cancelled.

Note: Some Net+* transactions that were processed for Entertainment and Travel such as: Airline Bookings, Cruise Line Bookings, Hotels/Motel Reservations, Travel Agencies/Tour Operators and Passenger Railway Bookings will remain in the pending state for 31 days. Automobile/Vehicle Rentals will remain in the pending state for 45 days. During that time, NETELLER is waiting for the financial advice from that particular merchant. Once NETELLER receives the financial advice from these types of merchants, the pending transaction will be cancelled automatically and those funds will return back into your NETELLER Account. The pending transaction will then go to a cancelled state.
