What do I do if my Net+ Prepaid Mastercard® was lost or stolen?

If your Net+ Prepaid Mastercard®* has been stolen or lost, report it immediately via the Net+ Cards section of your account: 

  • Click on the Replace a lost, stolen or damaged card link under the Retrieve PIN tab.
  • You will be able to choose the type of replacement you need from the available drop-down menu, review your shipping address and proceed.
  • Once you click on the Continue button, you will be prompted to review the currency of your new card, set your own PIN for it and confirm your decision by clicking on the Get Replacement Net+ card button.
